We find an important workflow, determine how it should operate, redesign it, help put the new system into practice, and measure whether it actually improved the business. AI and automation are applied where they serve a clear business purpose, and we are prepared to conclude that they are not the answer.
The work begins where a recurring process creates delays, repeated effort, or unclear decisions. Information may be scattered between systems, handoffs may lack a clear owner, or people may spend time checking work that should have a better review path. We establish the business consequence before recommending a change.

Capabilities and implementation boundaries
Rivington works with workflow owners and the people doing the work to clarify business rules, exception paths, controls and success criteria. The three-week AI Workflow Diagnostic ($9,500) produces the redesign and the business case. If you want us involved afterwards, Rivington can lead the business implementation while coordinating with your technical team or a qualified partner for specialist engineering, security or data architecture. Workflow Implementation and Workflow Performance are scoped separately.
